Everything from fridge and oven clean outs to move-in/move-out cleanings. Seasonal catchup cleans, garages, de-clutter and organization, deep grout scrub-outs, and woodwork polishing — you name it.

Anyone on a crew is hired and vetted by us before they are given access. The work means being in a private home, around belongings that matter. Safety and professionalism are part of hiring, not something we add later.

We love our clients’ pets. We prefer they are outdoors, or in a closed room or kennel, during the visit to keep the process efficient. We may charge extra per shedding animal, and may charge a fee if asked to let them out and in during the visit.

Turndown bed making and emptying home garbage aren’t normally a regular part of the basic service, but in our conversation we can discuss specialty requests and add that to your quote.

For one-time clients there is often an extra fee for the deep cleaning on the first visit, and for securing a specific custom date if that is required.

For recurring clients we try our best to honor the preferred days and times requested, if the schedule allows. To secure an exact day — a highly requested one such as Monday or Friday — an extra fee may be incurred.

If a weekend clean is requested, an extra percentage is added to the total.
