What we keep, and why.
What you send
The quote form asks for your email, phone, and service address, plus whether the job is a home or a workplace, one-time or recurring, and any note you add. The mailing list asks for an email. The note on the team page asks for a name, email, and a message. A job inquiry asks for a name, email, phone, the opening, a note, and a resume if you attach one.
Why
A quote is so we can reach you with a written price and, if you approve it, schedule the work. A list signup is for occasional tips and seasonal offers. A note or a job inquiry is so we can reply. We don’t add a quote request to the mailing list.
Where it goes
Each form is emailed to hello@artofcleanco.com. A delivery service handles that handoff. The quote form also keeps a copy in the request log on that browser, so the person who sent it can review it. Clearing the browser’s site data removes the local copy. It does not delete the email we already received.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or resumes. We don’t ask for a card number on this site. The published phone, 815-601-2978, is our business line.
